Hash Brown & Egg Bake

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°. Generously spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In large nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium heat 10 minutes or until crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain and cool. Discard most of bacon fat

Apple, Bacon & Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Carefully separate stems from mushroom caps. Place caps, gill side up, on rimmed baking pan. Coarsely chop stems; set aside. Stir together butter, and brandy and pour into mushroom caps. Sprinkle caps with 1 teaspoon salt, and &
