  1. In small bowl, stir together cheese, nuts, brown sugar, lemon juice, and zest. In shallow bowl, whisk together egg substitute, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ginger.
  2. Spread 1 side of 4 slices of bread evenly with cheese mixture; sprinkle blueberries in single layer over cheese mixture. Lightly press remaining bread slices over blueberries to close.

  1. In large skillet, cook ground sirloin and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, breaking up meat with side of spoon.

  1. Preheat oven to 325°. Place ham, cut side down, on rack in large roasting pan. Pour 2 cans cola and squeeze juice from orange into pan. Add orange halves and thyme sprigs to pan. Bake ham 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 90°.

  1. In a small saucepan, whisk together ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, dark brown sugar, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp granulated onion, and 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper with 1/4 cup water.
  2. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow sugar to fully dissolve. Set aside.
  3. Combine crushed peppercorns, 1 tsp chili powder, kosher salt, light brown sugar, granulated garlic, and 1/4 tsp granulated onion. and mix well. Rub onto both sides of steaks.
