  1. Prepare pasta according to package. In large bowl mix drained pasta, vegetables and dressing. Stir thoroughly to coat. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving.

Spicy Marinated Steak With Cilantro Sauce

Instructions
  1. Mix dressing, chili powder and 2 tablespoons of cilantro in small bowl. In separate bowl mix sour cream, remaining cilantro and 1 tablespoon of dressing mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Place beef steaks and remaining dressing mixture in a resealable plastic bag. Make sure steaks are covered in dressing mixture and refrigerate for 6-12 hours, turning occasionally. After marinating, remove steaks from bag and discard the dressing mixture.
  3. Grill steaks on medium heat for 15-19 minutes on a charcoal grill or 10-12 minutes on a gas grill or until medium rare. Thinly slice the steaks and season with salt and pepper. If desired and serve with the Cilantro Sour Cream Sauce.

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a self-sealing bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes (or as long as overnight).
  2. Remove chops from bag, discarding marinade and grill over a medium-hot fire, turning once, until just done, about 8-9 minutes total cooking time, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145° F, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
