Instructions
  1. Heat large covered saucepan of salted water to boiling over high heat. Add spaghetti and cook as label directs; drain pasta, then return to saucepan.
  2. Meanwhile, heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook 10 minutes or until crisp, stirring frequently. Add garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring. Remove skillet from heat; carefully drain off fat. Add cream to bacon and cook over medium-high
  3. In small bowl, lightly whisk eggs with chives, if using. Slowly stir eggs into skillet. Pour sauce over spaghetti. With tongs, toss spaghetti with sauce until well combined. Sprinkle with cheese to serve.

  1. Slice beef into 1-inch thin pieces; set aside.
  2. Mix cornstarch, salt and sugar; blend into soy sauce, set aside.
  3. Cut broccoli into 3/4 inch pieces and slice carrots. Add peanut oil to wok or large frying pan and heat until hot. Cook carrots and broccoli until tender. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add olive oil and beef to pan and cook until done. Add peas, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and 1/4 cup water. Stir soy mix and cook until thickened; add carrots and broccoli.
  5. Serve over rice.

Instructions
  1. Combine beef, water and garlic in stockpot; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover tightly and simmer 1-3/4 hours.
  2. Stir in contents of risotto mix package omitting butter or oil; continue simmering, covered, 18 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender and beef is fork-tender. Stir in peas; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in cheese. Serve with additional cheese, if desired.
  4. Total recipe time: 2 to 2-1/2 hours

Beef Slow Cooker Irish Stew

Instructions
  1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. In 2 batches, add beef and cook each batch 3 to 5 minutes or until beef is browned, stirring occasionally. Transfer beef to 5 to 6 quart slow cooker.
  2. Add potatoes, thyme, garlic, leeks, bay leaf, onion, broth, carrots, barley, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours or until beef and potatoes are tender.
  3. In medium bowl, whisk together water, and flour; stir into slow cooker. Increase heat to high, cover and cook 15 minutes. Stir in peas, and vinegar; cover and cook 3 minutes. Remove and discard bay leaf, and thyme stems. Season with salt, and pepper. Serv
