Instructions
  1. Mix dressing, chili powder and 2 tablespoons of cilantro in small bowl. In separate bowl mix sour cream, remaining cilantro and 1 tablespoon of dressing mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Place beef steaks and remaining dressing mixture in a resealable plastic bag. Make sure steaks are covered in dressing mixture and refrigerate for 6-12 hours, turning occasionally. After marinating, remove steaks from bag and discard the dressing mixture.
  3. Grill steaks on medium heat for 15-19 minutes on a charcoal grill or 10-12 minutes on a gas grill or until medium rare. Thinly slice the steaks and season with salt and pepper. If desired and serve with the Cilantro Sour Cream Sauce.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Cook lasagna noodles as label directs.
  2. Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook 3 minutes. Add garlic, bell pepper and zucchini, and cook 3 minutes. Stir in chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper, and cook 1 minute. Stir in black beans, corn, pasta sauc
  3. In bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish, spread 1 cup bean mixture, and 1/3 cheese mixture. Repeat layers, ending with bean mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup Jack cheese blend.
  4. Cover dish with foil. Bake 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serve topped with sour cream, if desired.

Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, whisk together ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, dark brown sugar, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp granulated onion, and 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper with 1/4 cup water.
  2. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow sugar to fully dissolve. Set aside.
  3. Combine crushed peppercorns, 1 tsp chili powder, kosher salt, light brown sugar, granulated garlic, and 1/4 tsp granulated onion. and mix well. Rub onto both sides of steaks.
  4. Lightly brush or spray both sides of steaks with olive oil. Place steaks on grill over high heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until meat reaches 145°F on an internal meat thermometer for medium doneness. Turn once.
  5. Remove from the grill, and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve steaks with sauce on the side.
