  1. Heat oven to 400° F. Heat large nonstick over medium heat until hot. Add ground beef and garlic; cook 8 to 10 minutes, breaking into 3/4-inch crumbles and stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon; pour off drippings and return be
  2. Stir in salt, nutmeg and pepper; mix well. Stir in pasta and water; bring to a boil. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Melt butter in large skillet. Cook chicken over medium heat until they are lightlly browned. Add green onions and garlic cook for 1 minute more. Add whipping cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir constantly until thick. Turn heat on low and cover for 10 minutes

  1. Heat large covered saucepot of salted water to boiling over high heat. Add pasta and cook as label directs; drain. Rinse pasta under cold water and drain.
